Last weekend, I was around a table celebrating my mum's 63rd birthday! I had all the best intentions in the world to send out my newsletter, but I let myself off the hook.
Sometimes you just have to accept that you can’t do everything! But this week I’m back, and I’ve been thinking about partnerships.
Do you currently work with partners in your business? I think we often overthink it. We want to create a partner program, build complex contractual agreements, and figure out a joint go-to-market. These things will come. But right now, your only job is to:
Find a company/person that complements your solution
Do something together.
It may work, it may not. But when it does, it opens up additional revenue streams, and this is really the goal.
