The last 6 months have been full of growth, personally, relationally, and in business. But here’s the thing… none of it came from working harder. It came from changing how I show up.
In January, I started waking up at 5am. Every. Single. Day.
Not because I’m a natural early riser (far from it), but because I needed more than new ideas. I needed a new version of myself to execute on the vision I had.
This isn’t about hustle culture. It’s about alignment. The person I needed to become for this next chapter couldn’t survive on snooze buttons, scattered focus and back-to-back calls.
Critical Insight
Strategy isn’t just what you write down. It’s the person that brings it to life.
We forget this in GTM work. We obsess over frameworks, tech stacks and org charts and overlook the vessel that carries it all: you.
Strategy fails not because the plan was bad, but because the person executing it didn’t have the clarity, energy or consistency required to make it stick.
Waking up at 5am gave me back my clarity. It gave me silence. And that silence gave me space to actually think, deeply. I stopped reacting. I started creating.
